hello world

Hello, world.

I'm Jeff. I used to work at Microsoft on the Internet Explorer team. While I was there I had a technical blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/jeffdav. If you click on it, you will see that all of the postings have been deleted. This was not done by me or by Microsoft, but by a single individual who just couldn't be bothered to explain that he was not me.

Some of the content was rather useless, but some of it was actually quite useful. To that end, I will be salvaging the more useful bits from the WayBack Machine and re-posting them here. I will also be posting new things as they occur to me.
